Returns and Refunds Policy


The provision of goods and services by Bella Casa is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability where payment has been made, Bella Casa will refund the client in full within 5 working days of the clients payment reflecting in Bella Casa’s account . Alternatively, Bella Casa upon communicating with the client and agreeing can supply the goods within 7 working days. Any defective/faulty goods must be returned within 10 working days, with a copy of the invoice and packed in the original or suitable packaging, upon which Bella Casa will replace the faulty goods or refund in full. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit in the client’s care, Bella Casa will not be held accountable for loss.
• Under no circumstances shall Bella Casa be held liable for any damage arising from misuse, abuse or neglect of the goods or services supplied.
• Bella Casa cannot be held liable for any damages to product that were assembled incorrectly by the customer.
• Bella Casa will not accept returns on all linen: duvet inners, pillows, mattress or pillow protectors, sheets, comforters, electric blankets, duvet covers, mink blankets, throws due to hygienic reasons
• In the event that electronic items are defective within the first 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection we may repair, exchange or refund the defective merchandise.
• If upon inspection it is found that the items are not defective the customer will not be entitled to a refund, repair or an exchange. You may be liable for the direct costs incurred.

We stand behind the quality of our product and will accept returns, provided the following conditions are met:
• We are contacted within 15 days of the goods being received
• The product has not been used
• The product has not been washed
• The product has not been damaged or soiled in any way
• The product is still in its original packaging


Exchanges/Refunds will not be given:
• If a client simply changes their mind or has made the wrong decision.
• If cleaning and maintenance instructions have not been followed.
• on duvet inners, pillows, mattress or pillow protectors due to hygienic reasons
• Products that are not in their original condition and packaging
• Products that were marked down/discounted at the time you your Order was confirmed and paid for
• The Products that have been taken apart, altered, damaged and/or permanently installed, attached or joined to other goods or immovable property at the delivery address or elsewhere.
